Return Policy

When purchasing from www.design-by-us.com, Design by Us offers a 14-day money-back guarantee, valid from the date of delivery.

If you wish to request a refund, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery and return the product in perfect condition and in its original packaging.

Return shipping and handling are at the customer’s own expense and risk. Design by Us is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment card within 14 business days after we receive the returned item at our warehouse at Rentemestervej 43, Copenhagen NV.

If you’ve received a faulty product purchased through our webshop, you can request a replacement or a refund within 14 days of delivery. In this case, we’ll provide you with a return label at our expense, or you’re welcome to stop by our showroom/warehouse to make the return in person.
