For orders placed directly on www.design-by-us.com, we offer a 14-day money-back and exchange guarantee from the date of delivery. Returned or exchanged items must arrive in perfect condition and in their original packaging, with return shipping costs and transit risks covered by the customer. Refunds are issued to the original payment card within 14 business days after receipt at our warehouse, while faulty products qualify for a prepaid return label or replacement upon contacting us.


How to Return an Item

  1. Notify us: Send an email to mail@design-by-us.com with your order number, or use the "Withdraw contract" function directly on our website.
  2. Pack your item securely: Ensure the product is packed in its original packaging along with all included components.
  3. Ship or drop off: Send the parcel directly to our warehouse, or drop it off in person at our showroom.

What is the right of withdrawal?

In accordance with EU consumer rights legislation, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. Simply notify us by email or via the website form before the deadline expires.

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
