Please inspect your item(s) upon delivery. If there’s any issue with your order, please contact our customer service team by email as soon as possible after receiving your package. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we’ll take care of it right away.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Rights)

In accordance with EU consumer rights legislation, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you receive your item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision by a clear statement sent to mail@design-by-us.com or by using the withdrawal form available on our website. You may also cancel your order directly through our website using the "Withdraw contract" function.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice before the withdrawal period has expired.

 

Return Policy

When purchasing from www.design-by-us.com, Design by Us offers a 14-day money-back guarantee, valid from the date of delivery.

If you wish to request a refund, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery and return the product in perfect condition and in its original packaging.

Return shipping and handling are at the customer’s own expense and risk. Design by Us is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment card within 14 business days after we receive the returned item at our warehouse at Rentemestervej 43, Copenhagen NV.

If you’ve received a faulty product purchased through our webshop, you can request a replacement or a refund within 14 days of delivery. In this case, we’ll provide you with a return label at our expense, or you’re welcome to stop by our showroom/warehouse to make the return in person.
