Payment Terms

If the order is placed from a country within the European Union, prices include Danish VAT at 25%. For all other countries, local charges such as foreign VAT, customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees may apply. Online Orders

Orders placed on the webshop are not binding until Design by Us has confirmed the order by issuing an order confirmation.

The order will be processed within 1–3 business days. We operate Monday to Friday, except for public holidays. In the case of a delay, e.g., due to sudden or unexpected stock unavailability, the customer will be informed promptly. Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive an invoice and tracking information via email.

All data related to orders is encrypted to and from the website by SSL (Secure Sockets Layers).

Cancellations

In the case of incorrect prices or unavailability, the customer reserves the right to cancel the order.

If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us by sending an email to our support team. Kindly note that you can only cancel an order before it has been processed and shipped from our warehouse. Therefore, we kindly ask you to contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order you have just completed.

From time to time, we may offer complimentary gifts with your online purchase, such as a free bulb or an accessory when ordering from our website. Please note that if you choose to return your order, any complimentary gifts received with the purchase must also be returned.
